General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Booking & Contract

A booking becomes binding once it has been confirmed by us in writing (e.g. by email). By booking, you accept our GTC, cancellation and payment terms, as well as the house rules.

Payment

As a small, family-run business, we kindly ask for payment via bank transfer before your arrival. This helps us keep things smooth and personal for everyone.

 

Payment details:

 

A deposit of 50 % (or a fixed amount) is due upon booking

 

The remaining balance should be transferred no later than 7 days before arrival

 

You’ll receive our bank details in your booking confirmation

 

For short-notice bookings (less than 7 days before arrival), we kindly ask for full payment immediately after booking.

Cancellation

Our cancellation policy applies as stated at the time of booking and in the booking confirmation. Cancellations must be made in writing.

Arrival & Departure

Check-in is possible from _ PM, check-out must be completed by _ AM. Deviations are possible by arrangement.

Liability & Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or facilities.

Please report any damage immediately so we can take appropriate action.

If damage is not reported, we reserve the right to take legal steps.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Non-Smoking Policy

All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.

House Rules

By booking, you agree to follow our house rules. In case of repeated or serious violations, we reserve the right to terminate the stay without refund.

Force Majeure

In the case of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), we reserve the right to cancel bookings. Any payments made will be refunded in such cases.

Data Protection

Your personal data will only be used to process your booking and will not be passed on to third parties.

Jurisdiction

Greek law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Rhodes, Greece.
